A wonderful little jewel tucked away in one of the last 'real' neighbourhoods in Winnipeg.

Nestled smack into a residential neighbourhood, this super intimate little spot fills quickly because it's so tiny. A few tables, seating at the window and a dozen seats at the bar gives this place its intimate feel.

You'll feel like you're part of the bootlegging industry or that you're onto something others aren't aware of when you're here.

The drinks are top notch tasty and the small bites and pizza menu goes well with the minimalist turn of the century ideal here.

Prices are 'you get what you pay for' so if you're looking for a quick rye and coke, skip this place. This incredible little place is meant to be savoured and enjoyed like a fine cognac.

Beautiful cocktail/wine bar on West Broadway on Langside. You really do feel like you're in another city when you're in the bar. There's no signage but the bar is amongst a residential area and stands out at night with its soft warm glow within an unmarked building. There's wine, cocktails and a small menu of small plates. It's reminiscent of the Forth with a very cool vibe. Lots of industry people are part of this place. Most cocktails are around $10-$13. I had the Role Model $13 - hennessey, cognoac, aperol, St. Germain, citric acid, lemon bitters, cava, grapefruit zest - delicious. We also enjoyed a duck confit flatbread.

It's open Tues-Sunday 4 pm-Midnight. It was packed last month when we dropped around 10 pm on a Saturday evening. Service is very friendly and cocktails were delicious. Beautiful decor inside.

I was disappointed.  Liked the neighborhood feel but food was disappointed.  We got the chips and dip expecting home made chips but chips tasted as if they were out of a bag.  Duck was not crispy, fatty & chewy.  Server was nice.
